Kia EV3 spotted testing in the US

The Kia EV3 has been spotted testing on the streets of the United States with a California license plate and some black and white camouflage, it will only have subtle changes to the European model.

Kia is planning to build the EV3 at its Monterrey factory in Mexico for the North American market, nothing confirmed but multiple sources are reporting this.
